Common injuries that can be prevented if you know how
We're guessing a lot of you use the first part of your run as the warm up, but sometimes it's good to go through a few drills before you head out, so you can maximise your performance once you're out there. Here's a really informative video with some suggested dynamic warm up drills. - WATCH HERE
