Not all need heavy fuelling, but for higher intensity ones, carbohydrates are your best friend for ensuring you can get the most out of these sessions as the muscles rely on glycogen storage 💪
Timing of food intake can also have a huge impact, you don’t want to feel like you still have a meal sitting in your stomach during training🤢 Yet, you also don’t want to feel under fuelled.
