RunThrough Foundation Expands Commitment to Inclusive Running with New London Event for Summer 2025 RunThrough Running Club London

London, UK – Building on the overwhelming response to its previous free events, RunThrough is proud to announce its second FREE balloted 10K event of the year, set to take place in London during Summer 2025. The specific date and location will be announced soon.

We’ve seen first-hand how life-changing a welcoming start line can be,” said Matt Wood, Co-Founder of RunThrough. “This new London event represents another major step forward in our mission to make running inclusive, empowering, and accessible to everyone—no matter their background or experience.

This marks a milestone year for the RunThrough Foundation, as it hosts two free events in one calendar year for the very first time. The RunThrough Foundation Free 5K at the NUUN BRIGHTON TEN has already been confirmed for June 2025, and now, London joins the lineup in a continued effort to make running more accessible across the UK.

The initiative, now in its third year, aims to break down financial, social, and cultural barriers to entry, creating space for new runners and spotlighting underrepresented groups in the running community. Previous free events like the Warrington Running Festival 2023 and LONDON TEN 2024 have set a powerful precedent, demonstrating the impact of inclusive races that welcome everyone to the start line.

The early ballot is now open, giving prospective participants the opportunity to register their interest in this unforgettable free running event. Please note: entering the ballot does not guarantee a place, as spots will be allocated at random and successful entrants will be contacted closer to the event date.

Register for the early ballot and receive updates at The RunThrough Foundation 10k.
