RunThrough  is pleased to feature Joseph Adams, a 21-year-old with Down syndrome. Joseph is set to take on an extraordinary challenge as he embarks on a journey to complete ten 10km runs across Europe in just five days. This remarkable adventure will see Joseph, accompanied by his parents and three sisters, run through ten European cities before concluding his challenge back in his hometown of Altrincham on Sunday, September 1st.

An avid Altrincham FC supporter, Joseph has already raised an impressive £180,000 in sponsorships and pledges. With his sights set even higher, he now aims to raise £250,000 to support the hiring of a disability sport officer for the Altrincham FC Community Sports charity. His journey has taken him through iconic cities including Amsterdam, Liege, Luxembourg, Stuttgart, Bregenz, Zurich, Como, Monaco, and Nice, before finishing at the J. Davidson Stadium in Altrincham, where he will be greeted by family, friends, and supporters as he crosses the final finish line.

RunThrough is proud to announce that our partner, Brooks Running, will be providing Joseph with a complimentary pair of trainers for the Altrincham 10k, the final leg of his incredible journey. This gesture highlights the supportive and inclusive spirit of the running community, coming together to cheer Joseph on as he completes this awe-inspiring feat.
