What an incredible week it was for the RunThrough community, with runners taking on everything from reservoirs to thrilling motor circuits. With sell-out events and personal triumphs, it was a weekend to remember. Here’s a look back at all the action.
23rd November – Draycote Water Running Festival 5k, 10k & Half Marathon – SOLD OUT
Kicking off the weekend, the Draycote Water Running Festival provided the perfect mix of picturesque scenery and challenging courses. Set against the stunning backdrop of the reservoir, runners tackled 5k, 10k, and half marathon distances in a serene yet supportive atmosphere. With every race distance sold out, the energy was palpable as runners chased PBs or simply soaked in the beauty of this much-loved venue.
23rd November – Battersea Park Running Festival Marathon, Half Marathon & Track 5k – SOLD OUT
Battersea Park transformed into a runner’s haven for the Battersea Park Running Festival. From the flat and fast marathon and half marathon routes to the electrifying atmosphere of the Track 5k, this event had something for everyone. The sold-out races saw participants push their limits on one of London’s favorite circuits, with plenty of smiles and celebrations at the finish line.
24th November – Running GP at Oulton Park 5k, 10k, Half Marathon, 16 Mile, 20 Mile & Marathon
Oulton Park was alive with determination as runners took to the closed motor circuit for the Running GP series. With a wide range of distances on offer, from 5k to marathon, there was something for every type of runner. The smooth, looping course and enthusiastic crowd support created an environment perfect for chasing personal goals and enjoying the unique thrill of racing on a track with motorsport history.
What a Week!
From the serene waters of Draycote to the adrenaline-filled tracks of Battersea and Oulton Park, last week’s events showcased the incredible variety RunThrough has to offer. Whether it was about achieving a PB, completing a new distance, or simply enjoying the running community, each event brought its own magic.
