From our resident former PT and now RunThrough’s Social Storyteller, Emma: It’s quite hot so we don’t want you doing anything extravagant and it may be best to use today as a rest day! However, if you are heading out, I’d go for easy reps. If you are out doing your session today, make sure you are prepared and fully hydrated, or wait until it’s late enough that the temperature has cooled down and take it easy.
Suggested session if you really must!
