INJURIES
Fatigue in your legs can be one of the top reasons you get tired during your longer runs and need to cut back on the pace!
A group of researchers in the U.K. decided to investigate this and found that the plantar flexion muscles, which include the muscles in your calves, your ankles and the bottom of your feet, tire faster than the other muscles of the leg.
