Running and fitness enthusiast and blogger, Beki Cadd<\/a><\/span>, suffers from asthma and finds the cold aggravates the condition, making breathing harder. Cold weather can really aggravate the condition and make it much harder to breathe, to the point where you may have to look at taking your run indoors until the temperatures improve.
