I absolutely love using this guide with clients. It is great for those who struggle with the number side of calories & tracking food which can become obsessive. So instead, this allows you to use a rough but visual guide for how much of certain food groups you should be eating!<\/div>\n

I must add though, this is not the same for all people and should just be a guide. Portions often vary for athletes – for your size and your goals and it is key to note that this is a very rough guide, which CAN help SOME people.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
