This is a slightly tougher session designed to test the ability to control your pace. Hard paces should be around your 5k pace for beginners, and 1km pace for advanced runners.

3 x 2 min easy, 2 min hard, 2 x 2 min easy, 3 min hard,

1 x 2 min easy, 4 min hard, 90s recovery after each set.

NUTRITION ADVISE
Under fuelling as an athlete can show itself in a variety of forms & symptoms….Here are a few to look out for!
Be aware and find them at early stages before you feel the consequences! If you are needing advice/assistance on it, be sure to head to a registered nutritionist or dietician for more in depth advice.
