 @hollyb_fitness  is a content creator who found running after creating ‘The Strong Girl Society’ – since then she has completed The Paris Marathon and more recently joined RunThrough at Run Heaton where she held a ‘Strong Girl Society’ meet up and ran along side many of the people she has inspired.

In this conversation Ben and Holly speak about how Holly shifted her mindset, the beginnings of ‘The Strong Girl Society’ and where she hopes to take it in the future as well as touching on her next challenge, The New York Marathon!

Of course, eating a product in its natural form is the best way of eating, but gels have a purpose on race day or within training. Dependant on the task to hand, you may want to go for the easy option to get the calories in at a faster rate. However, on a trail or ultra event, for example, whole food could be a great option to satiate your needs!
