NUTRITION ADVISE

 

Homemade energy balls to fuel your runs! If you are sticking to Veganuary, this may be good for you! Mix all the ingredients in a blender, roll into balls and pop in the fridge. It is as easy as that!

Use vegan chocolate alternatives or go without the dark choc chips if you would prefer!
