TRAINING TIPS

We are excited to be back for our 7pm training group session tonight at Clapham Common, do try out the session at home if you cannot join us this week:

 

10 mins warm up and dynamic drills.

12 min Cooper Test – how far can you run in 12 minutes?
Followed by 20 mins of partner work out – 1 x 400m lap, then rest when your partner is running.
If you’re on your own then do 75-90s on off for 8 sets.
10 min cool down

NUTRITION ADVICE

February is the month of love and we love foods that are great for our heart! As runners, we should be especially thoughtful of when it comes to our fuelling, but having extra thoughts on our food plate when it comes to our heart health is essential.
