Warm-up

Main set
1 x 400, 1 x 800, 1 x 1, 1 x 800, 1 x 400
Aim to complete 400 meters at a pace that’s about 90 – 120 seconds faster than your goal pace, 800 meters at a pace that’s about 60 – 90 seconds faster than your goal pace, and 1 mile about 60 seconds faster than your goal pace.

Cool-down
5-10mins easy
5-10mins stretch/foam roller

With London Marathon training kicking off this week, we thought we would share our previous interview with Rose Harvey. An elite runner signed with Puma, in the 2022 London Marathon she finished 10th overall and was the first British finisher in a time of 2.27.59.
