Common injuries that can be prevented if you know how
Achilles tendonitis presents with pain below the calf, along the tendon leading down into the heel. Definitely worth going to see a physio if you think you’re suffering from this, and ultimately rest is the best medicine, but sports tape can alleviate some of the pain so you can get on with your days more happily.
